Copyright & DMCA

Last updated: October 4, 2026

WallMori is operated by WallMori. If you own copyright, or are authorised to act for its owner, and believe material on WallMori infringes that copyright, please email dmca@wallmori.com. Use the subject “Copyright notice — WallMori — [wallpaper URL]”. For any additional contact details applicable to your notice, use the contact channel.

What to include

  1. Identify the copyrighted work and give a reference link or another clear description.
  2. Provide the exact WallMori page and image or download URLs you want us to review.
  3. Include your name, reply email, postal address and telephone number. Explain whether you are the owner or the owner's representative, and provide an electronic or physical signature.
  4. Include a statement that you honestly believe the disputed use lacks permission from the rights holder, its representative or the law.
  5. Confirm that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Our response and removal process

We commit to acknowledge copyright notices within 24 hours and to complete an initial review within 48 hours of receipt. For a sufficiently complete notice identifying disputed material, we will promptly disable access to that material, within that 24–48 hour window. These are calendar hours, including weekends. If information is missing, we will ask for it within 48 hours and may temporarily restrict the material while reviewing it.

  1. Register an internal notice reference and receipt time, then review the precise URLs and supporting information.
  2. Disable relevant public preview and download files, including previously published versions. Mark the item withdrawn and remove its page, lists, recommendations and sitemap entry.
  3. Rebuild static pages and clear affected image and HTML caches under our control. Verify old public file URLs return 404 or 410; hiding a download button alone is insufficient.
  4. Reply with the action taken or explain what information is still needed. We do not treat an incomplete notice as a reason to ignore a copyright concern.

This initial response commitment is a site operating commitment, not a claim that all disputes or restoration procedures are resolved within 48 hours.

Review requests

If you believe a removal was mistaken, contact the same email address with the original page URL, our notice reference and supporting information. We will explain the applicable review or counter-notification procedure. Material is not restored automatically, and the 24–48 hour initial-response commitment is not a promise of restoration within that period. Repeated rights violations may lead to the affected content being removed from publication.

Any applicable statutory counter-notification procedure is handled separately by the operator. This page does not assert that a designated agent has been registered or that liability protection applies.

How notice information is used

We use notice information to investigate and respond to rights claims. Where necessary, we may share relevant notice information with the affected rights holder, content provider or service provider to resolve the claim. Please do not send identity documents or unrelated sensitive information unless requested. See our Privacy Policy for contact and retention details.
