Your display preference

We store your display preference locally in your browser under wallmori.theme. This preference is never sent to any analytics service or server.

The value is auto, light or dark and contains no identity. Selecting System stores auto and follows your device settings; it does not delete the key. Clearing this site's browser data removes the preference. If storage is unavailable, changes apply to the current page and may not survive navigation or refresh.

Requests and service logs

Advertising, accounts and online payments are not enabled in this release. Public wallpaper file publication and uploads are not enabled in this release either. When site metrics are enabled, WallMori records only minimal aggregate interaction counts. Each browser tab uses a random session identifier stored for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; the server stores only a daily hashed value of this identifier, never the identifier itself. Daily unique counts reflect temporary browser sessions, not individual people. Individual event records and their deduplication ledger expire within 48 hours; cleanup runs opportunistically during valid metrics requests, and inactive records may physically remain until that cleanup runs, so deletion within 48 hours is not guaranteed. Daily aggregates are kept persistently. Your browser's Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control setting disables these events. Image search uses only a fingerprint of the image, never the image bytes themselves. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used. Viewing pages and downloading files still creates ordinary network requests.

Hosting and image service providers may process access logs, such as the requested URL, request time, IP address and browser information. Contact our operator for information about the hosting providers, accessible logs and their retention for this deployment.

Wallpaper search

A description search sends your query and selected filters to WallMori's search endpoint. The search service uses Cloudflare Workers AI to encode the description and retrieve matching public wallpapers. WallMori does not save a search history or send descriptions to analytics. Short-lived result caches use hashed keys; request limits use a hashed network identifier. Search terms are sent in a request body, rather than in page URLs. Use the filters or category links if description search is unavailable.

Contact and copyright notices

When you email us, we use your contact information, work URLs and supporting material to reply, investigate licensing questions and process rights claims. We may share relevant notice information with the affected rights holder, content provider or service provider when needed to resolve a claim. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.

Ask our operator about retention of your correspondence or notice and any applicable deletion procedure. Retention depends on the enquiry, rights dispute and applicable obligations.

Image services and source links

Images may be served from the configured image domain. Local image search computes a fingerprint and optional hash entirely in your browser and sends only that fingerprint or hash, never the image file itself. Comparisons are made against this site's own catalog, not a global reverse image search. Following a source or license link opens an external service whose own privacy policy applies. Theme preferences remain local to this site's origin.

Changes and privacy enquiries

Use the configured contact channel for privacy questions and requests concerning correspondence. This policy describes only the features present in this release. Metrics events never include search queries, URLs, referrers, file names, IP addresses or page content, and ordinary hosting logs are kept separately by the hosting provider. Any future feature that would introduce new data processing would be described here before it ships.
